Molly Damm attended The University of Montana for her undergraduate studies and received her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Montana State University, where she did her clinical training at Montana State University's Counseling and Psychological Services. Prior to becoming a counselor, she earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from the University of Virginia, and has taught writing courses at Montana State University since 2015.

Ms. Damm provides therapy from psychodynamic and interpersonal lenses, often incorporating mindfulness practices into her work. In addition to traditional therapy, Ms. Damm also offers experiential and creative therapies informed by her training as a writer and teacher. She is passionate about how our innate creativity can often be a healing force and powerful agent of growth and awareness. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, Ms. Damm works under the supervision of Michele McKinnie, Psy.D. and William Ryan, Ph.D.
